An operating system for human-led, AI-augmented work divided into four distinct modes: Q1 (Human Strategy), Q2 (AI Execution), Q3 (Human Validation), Q4 (Deployment). Each quadrant has non-negotiable rules about who leads.

## Key arguments - Q1 to Q4 is the operating rhythm, not the operating system. It runs on two layers, what you know (the seed) and what is true (the core), and produces its value only when both are owned. - Four distinct modes of work, each with non-negotiable rules about who leads, what happens, and why it matters. - Human leads. AI executes. Human validates. System deploys. Feedback refines. - If you skip Q1, everything downstream breaks. The AI in Q2 produces generic output. The validators in Q3 have nothing to check against. ## My take Rejects the false binary of 'all human' or 'all AI.'
